Waitlist
If we don’t have available puppies, you’ll join our waitlist and receive email updates. If we do, we’ll keep you in the loop on weekly milestones and availability.
Deposits and Matching
Deposits are only accepted after puppies are born (except in special early reservation cases like service or show prospects). Temperament is our guide, and we work closely with you to ensure the best fit.
Weekly Updates
From birth to pickup or transport — you’ll be part of every milestone with updates, photos, and scheduling guidance.
Go-Home Day!
After 8 weeks, your new adventure begins! Puppies go home with health records, starter supplies, and lifetime breeder support.
Getting Your Puppy Home
We want your puppy’s homecoming to be smooth, safe, and stress-free — no matter where you're located.
Most families choose to pick up in person, and we love the chance to meet! Our nearest airport is Sacramento (SMF), though we can occasionally arrange delivery to Oakland (OAK), San Francisco (SFO), or Reno (RNO) as well. If you’re flying in to bring your puppy home in-cabin, we recommend planning travel close to the 9-week mark to comply with airline age restrictions.
Need help getting your puppy to you? We offer trusted transport options. We've safely sent puppies across the country and even to Hawaii! We partner with an experienced ground transporter and can also flight nanny select puppies ourselves when possible. Additional costs apply for any travel arrangements, but we’re happy to walk you through options that suit your needs and timeline.
No matter how your puppy arrives — rest assured, they’ll be well cared for every step of the way.
Our Matching Philosophy
We don’t do first-come, first-served. We match puppies based on what’s best for both the puppy and your family. Whether you’re seeking a calm companion, a trail buddy, or a future therapy dog, we’ll help guide the match based on our evaluations and experience — including formal Volhard testing where appropriate.
